TDLAS Gas Analysis System

GasTDL-3110 is an extractive laser gas analysis system desigened for continuous, real-time measurement of a single target gas, configurable for H2S, O2, CO, CO2, or CH4, in high-dust, harsh industrial environments. Based on Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology with cross-beam type, the system achieves exceptional target gas selectivity and measurement accuracy, unaffected by cross interference from background gases.

Specifically designed for harsh process environments, GasTDL-3110 adopts an extractive sampling design integrating a sampling probe, a pretreatment unit, a control unit, and a gas analysis unit. With automatic probe purging, condensate drainage, and multi-stage filtration, the system ensures stable and continuous gas measurement under demanding conditions including high temperatures, high humidity, high dust levels, high flow rates, and corrosive atmospheres.

GasTDL-3110 is widely used for process optimization, energy reduction, and safety monitoring across industries including oil & gas, chemical processing, and metallurgy.
