Online Tri-Gas Analysis System (CO/CO2/CH4)

Gasboard-9021
Gasboard-9021 is an online tri-gas analyzer designed for simultaneous, real-time measurement of CO, CO2, and CH4 in heat treatment furnace atmospheres. Based on Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) technology, the analyzer provides stable and accurate gas measurement with minimal drift during long-term operation.

By simultaneously analyzing CO, CO2, and CH4, Gasboard-9021 enables furnace condition diagnosis and carbon potential calculation, providing an objective assessment of furnace atmosphere status. The measured data can be cross-validated against oxygen probe readings, offering an independent verification method for atmosphere control. Compliant with CQI-9 requirements, Gasboard-9021 meets automotive supply chain audit standards for atmosphere verification in heat treatment processes.

An optional TCD module is available for applications requiring H2 measurement in furnace atmospheres where hydrogen-bearing gases are used.
