GasTDL-3001 is an in-situ extractive laser gas analyzer designed for real-time measurement of NH3 and HCl concentrations in flue gas. Based on Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology, GasTDL-3001 enables highly selective and accurate measurement with minimal cross-interference from other flue gas components.
GasTDL-3001 adopts an in-situ extractive design, with the measurement unit directly mounted on the chimney for fast response and minimal sample transport distance. The extractive measurement approach ensures accurate measurement unaffected by in-duct dust, temperature, and pressure fluctuations. The entire extracted gas path is maintained at elevated temperature, preventing NH3 and HCl adsorption and loss to ensure the integrity of the sample gas. With full-path calibration capability, GasTDL-3001 ensures long-term measurement accuracy and is widely used for flue gas cleaning system control and environmental emission monitoring in power generation, chemical, and metallurgical industries.
