Gasboard-3600TDL is a high-temperature flue gas analyzer designed for direct measurement of gas concentrations including CO, CO₂, H₂S, NH₃, O₂, HF, and HCl in high-temperature raw flue gas. Developed based on TDLAS technology combined with  Hot & Wet sampling method, Gasboard-3600TDL delivers high selectivity in gas concentration measurement and eliminates the need for condensation equipment compared with traditional Cold & Dry analyzers. It can be integrated with Gasboard-3600UV to measure SO₂ and NOx, effectively avoiding the condensation loss of acidic gas substances such as SO₂ and H₂S, and achieving higher measurement accuracy.

Online Flue Gas Analyzer
The high-temperature UV flue gas analyzer adopted ultraviolet differential (UV-DOAS) technology and combined with Hot & Wet sampling technology to achieve direct measurement of high-temperature raw flue gas. It can simultaneously measure the concentration of SO2, NO, NO2 (other gases can be extended on request) in the emission gas from stationary sources of air pollution. Compared with the traditional Cold & Dry method analyzers, it requirs no condensing equipment and can effectively avoid the condensation loss of SO2 and other sour gas substances, and reach the higher measurement accuracy. The raw flue gas can be analyzed through a simple flow path, so Gasboard-3600UV can effectively reduce the failure rate of the instrument and save maintenance cost.
