Gasboard-9056 is an ultra-low dust concentration monitor designed for continuous online monitoring of
low-concentration particulate matter in high-humidity flue gas conditions. The monitor utilizes forward scattering measurement technology with high-temperature extraction and isokinetic sampling methods to prevent water vapor interference, ensuring accurate measurement of ultra-low dust levels. It is particularly suitable for low-concentration soot measurement after wet desulfurization and wet dust removal processes in coal-fired boilers.

Online Flue Gas Analyzer
The high-temperature UV flue gas analyzer adopted ultraviolet differential (UV-DOAS) technology and combined with Hot & Wet sampling technology to achieve direct measurement of high-temperature raw flue gas. It can simultaneously measure the concentration of SO2, NO, NO2 (other gases can be extended on request) in the emission gas from stationary sources of air pollution. Compared with the traditional Cold & Dry method analyzers, it requirs no condensing equipment and can effectively avoid the condensation loss of SO2 and other sour gas substances, and reach the higher measurement accuracy. The raw flue gas can be analyzed through a simple flow path, so Gasboard-3600UV can effectively reduce the failure rate of the instrument and save maintenance cost.
